Sea-Doo Supercharger Rebuild
Send us your supercharger and we'll rebuild it with all-new OEM Sea-Doo parts, then send it back to you. Turnaround is quick, usually the same day. Sea-Doo recommends a rebuild every 100 hours or every two years, whichever comes first.
Removal and refitting instructions are available on request. Need the special Torx tool? Just ask and we'll post it to you first class at no extra charge.
Why rebuild? Three reasons. Bearings: the impeller spins at up to 45,000 rpm, and the bearings are rated for 2 years or 100 hours. Washers: as the clutch wears, extra friction and heat can cause a catastrophic washer failure. Performance: a slipping clutch stops the supercharger making full boost, robbing your engine of power.
NEW: Sea-Doo 300 Supercharger Overhaul
The 300 hp supercharger fitted to the 1630 ACE (RXP-X 300, RXT-X 300, GTX Limited 300 and GTR-X 300) isn't rebuildable according to the Sea-Doo service manual. The manual gives a clutch slippage specification, and if your supercharger is out of spec, the official answer is a new one at around £1,500. We can usually save you that.

• Clutch slippage adjustment – we reset the slippage to bring an older supercharger's boost back and help prevent supercharger clutch failure.
• Shaft bearing replacement – a cost-effective way to give your supercharger more service life.
• Individual components – we can supply separate supercharger parts, not just a complete unit.
• Your choice of parts – genuine OEM parts as always, or high-quality, proven aftermarket components from manufacturers we deal with directly, for a more cost-effective repair.
If your supercharger turns out to be non-serviceable, we keep new 300 superchargers on the shelf, so there's no waiting for parts. And if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we'll return your supercharger to you.
