SH775 Regulator Connector Kit – Motorbike Conversion Plugs, Pins & Seals

The plug kit you need to wire a Shindengen SH775 / SH775AA regulator into your motorbike loom properly.
 
Your bike's original regulator plug won't fit the SH775, so most people end up chopping wires and taping joints. This kit gives you the correct mating plugs for both sides of the regulator, so the conversion is neat, sealed and easy to unplug later.
 
In the kit
Grey 3-way housing – stator input (the three alternator wires)
Black housing – battery output (positive and earth, one cavity blanked)
5 crimp terminals
6 waterproof seals, including 1 blanking seal
2 yellow terminal locks
 
Fitting
Slide a seal onto each wire, then crimp on the terminal – a proper terminal crimper gives the best result
Push each terminal into the housing until it clicks, then fit the yellow lock
Run the three stator wires straight to the grey plug, not through the loom
Black plug: battery positive on the inside pin, earth on the outside pin
 
Also fits the regulator plugs on Sea-Doo PWC 2008–2023 (regulator 710001103 / 710000870 / 710000908), Can-Am Outlander and Renegade, and Polaris Ranger, RZR and ACE.
