The XX-Charger wheel and spacer for 300 engines delivers up to 17.5 psi of boost pressure. Having fitted many to our customers machines this along with the correct modicicastions will create an animal with ballistic acceleration and increased top speed too.
We also keep in stock brand new 300 superchargers for a fresh new upgrade.
The agressive billet impeller wheel and 3MM spacer increase horsepower through superior impeller blade design and larger size Lightweight billet impeller features a sophisticated blade design that is precision balanced to deliver smooth operation. Impeller is 22 Grams lighter than stock providing improved reliability of clutch and bearings.
Spacer & impeller install quickly and easily onto stock supercharger base plate with the use of some heat which can be carried out on a mail order service if required. Requires modifications to fuel delivery system and remap to match increased horsepower. Installation of this kit into Sea-Doo 300 models requires that the OEM fuel injectors be replaced with larger fuel injectors such as part number VT1100-INJK. Includes detailed installation instructions.

The slip moment setting for the RIVA RS1740-135 should be 16 lb.ft. The setting for the OEM supercharger is only 12.5 lb.ft. Therefore, It is necessary to adjust the OEM supercharger clutch nuts to achieve the proper slip. Secure supercharger unit to service mounting plate and place in a securely mounted bench vise. Hold supercharger gear with gear holder tool (529036364) and loosen outer clutch nut (A). To increase slip moment tighten inner clutch nut (B). Temporarily retighten outer nut (A) while holding inner nut (B) with a wrench. Re-test slip moment per manual. Re-adjust as necessary. When correct reading is achieved hold inner nut (B). Remove outer nut (A) clean shaft and apply blue Loctite. Then tighten outer nut (A).
